Community Rules.
A short, real list of how this community works. Tap Report in the menu on any post, comment, or photo if something breaks these rules — we aim to review and remove within 24 hours.
Be kind
Disagreement is fine; harassment is not. Treat every grower the way you'd want a stranger to treat you in a greenhouse — curious, generous, and direct without being mean. Personal attacks, slurs, threats, and dogpiles are removed on sight.
Stay on topic
This community is for peppers — growing, cooking, sharing, fermenting, breeding. Off-topic posts (politics, crypto, generic gardening, unrelated memes) may be removed. If you're not sure, ask in a reply.
No spam or self-promo
No ads, no referral links, no repetitive plugs for your shop or channel. A single, on-topic share of something you made or sell is fine; ten posts in a week is not. When in doubt, post less and reply more.
Keep it safe for everyone
No NSFW, hateful, or harmful content. That includes graphic injuries, content sexualising minors, and anything illegal where the recipient lives. The app runs an on-device sensitivity check before photos upload — it's a backstop, not a substitute for your judgement.
Submit photos you own
When you submit a pepper photo, confirm it's your own work. Don't upload photos pulled from other people's blogs, social media, or stock libraries without their permission. We credit you by display name in the gallery — that's the deal.
Credit others
If you share someone else's photo, video, or growing notes in a post or comment, credit the source and link back where you can. Reposts without credit may be taken down on request.
Report and block
If something here breaks the rules, tap Report in the menu on that post, comment, or photo. We review reports and act within 24 hours — usually sooner. You can also block any user from their profile, which hides their content from you and stops them interacting with yours.
Strikes and removal
Admins may remove individual posts and, for repeat or severe violations, suspend accounts. We aim for a warning first when the breach is minor; egregious behaviour skips straight to removal.
